I had a project to feed 100 folks. Little Aviator (Pam) handled my entire luncheon with the experience of a professional. OMG BBQ boneless skinless chicken, baby backs, salad bar, three kinds of tatters, roll, and cobbler. The best part I came in under budget I was a hero and carried around on the shoulders. . . . . Well that last part was in my mind, but a hero nonetheless (even if I wasn't carried around) Thanks Litter Aviator Cafe your the best !

The menu looked revamped since my last visit. The only place that I found here in the High Desert with a reasonably priced flat iron steak. I had a Steak and Egg breakfast. There are numerous choices for the sides and breakfast carbs. I chose cottage cheese and buckwheat pancakes. The flat iron steak was cooked perfectly medium rare to order, tender and flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Flat iron steak is also available as a lunch item. The buckwheat pancakes were really good here. Buckwheat pancakes are kind of hard to find in restaurants and these brought me back to favorite breakfast memories from my childhood. The service here is friendly, fast, and efficient. Coffee was replenished often. The ambiance is the small municipal airport. Great for watching planes come and go.

Food: everything is great, and they have doggy boxes. Too much for one sitting Ambiance: If it was any better I would be living there. All customers and staff are friendly. If you are in, or have a wheelchair person with you, the customers will move their chairs and tables so you can get to yours. Service: Not fast, but good food takes time. Never seen my coffee cup get lower than 1/3. After/on our second visit they already knew our preferences, and what our special needs children liked. Our children, one does not get friendly with anybody until he has known them for at least six visits, lit up on the 2nd visit. He was hurting one time so I walked him around outside. The staff provided twice the food I ordered, and tossed in a very large Peach Cobbler. Like it looks like I do not eat enough. Only problem is, I cannot give a 10 of five rating.
